After a visit with my dentist earlier in the month I was told they couldn't get me in until next month for a root canal. This wouldn't normally be an issue but I would be dead by then due to the insane, INSANE, amount of pain I was in. I charged my nurse with the duty of calling all dentists who took our insurance and whoever could get me in, book them. Lucky lucky them, Smile had an availability. I've never had a dentist or their staff display such empathy and compassion for my situation. Now, for the root canal, he couldn't get me in until 2 weeks out but he called Every. Single. Dentist. he had in his network to see who could take me. No, he didn't give me a list, HE called, his staff called. Before I left the office, I had an appointment with an endodontist, who was cheaper and better than my general dentist. I didn't look good, I'm sure I didn't smell good, because all I could do for a week was SURVIVE but they treated me so well. Having a compassionate HCP is crucial to good overall health and I'd say the staff here hit the nail right on the head. If they are taking PTs I'm going to switch. Thank you guys, all of you, so much. You all deserve puppies.

The staff at Smile Dental are always super friendly. I don’t feel pressured to do any procedures, which was a problem I had at another dentist office in Springfield. I highly recommend, if you want a calm atmosphere, to choose Smile Dental!

Awlays greeted by name when you walk in the door. I have been in quite a bit getting caught up on my dental neglect. They do a great job explaining what options you have and how to use your insurance best. I will never miss another appointment!

First of all I wanted to start off saying that since I was a little girl, I was terrified going to the dentist and did my best to altogether avoid seeing a dentist. I literally was saying to myself I’d rather have a baby without any medication then go to a dentist and Dr. Baker literally changed That he’s one of the most caring attentive to detail all together wonderful doctor! I couldn’t say enough good things about him, Hands-down, the best dentist ever! One of the things that I hated was getting the numbing And he makes it painless. I’ve needed a quiet a bit work done and I’m happy to say that I’m actually not only getting everything done but have zero anxiety now going to a dentist. So with that said if I can give more then 5 stars to Dr. Baker I would.

I've been going to this dentist for several years and I really feel they treat me like family. I only see them once or twice a year and yet everytime I go they remember everything I said in the last appointment. I had a dental emergency over the weekend and they were able to get me in on Monday and handle all that was needed. I am so thankful for their kindness and hospitality.

It's a bummer to run a business that no one wants to come see you. I do that with running my Defensive Driving courses so I experience this all the time. The bottom line no one wants to have to come to the dentist. But, if you need dental services, this is the best place I have ever been to! From the ladies who answer the phone, to the ladies who give you the paperwork to fill out, to the wonderful, great personality, and helpful dental assistant (I didnt catch her name - the redhead), to the awesome Doctor. I Love this place! They dont rush you through. They know what they are doing, and answer your questions. If they have to send you to a specialist (like a root canal) they send you to the best. You will not have a better dental experience than this place!

I’ve been going to Smile Dental for years and have had multiple procedures through that time. As there have been changes and updates in how numbing medicine has been given, my recent visits by far, that require that, have been amazing! I didn’t even feel the shot and I’m a type of person that would like to have numbing medicine FOR the numbing medicine! Needless to say, an experience that can be stressful and potentially painful has certainly been much more tolerable.
