* Memberships are only for patients without insurance. If you do not make your payments on time, your membership will expire. If re-applying for an expired membership plan, a new activation fee is required. Missed payments and reactivated memberships automatically reset any accrued discount benefit to first year benefit levels. Cash discounts previously mentioned do NOT apply to patients with insurance, other discount plans, or to patients paying with any sort of financing plan, such as Care Credit. Your membership is only valid while you are an active patient of Smile Dental. You must have an account in good standing and a good standing relationship with the doctor. Should the doctor-patient relationship trust be breached, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Smile Dental, the doctors at Smile Dental reserve the right to cancel any membership. Involved patients will be referred to an outside dental practice in such an example. Lastly, memberships may be subject to other conditions not mentioned here. Memberships are non-refundable.

Service was way above and beyond. Dr. Stayed after closing time, on Friday, to help me. Calm laid back atmosphere. The doctors actually listen to you. Highly recommend this business.

Smile Dental is absolutely amazing and every staff member truly cares for their patients. Dr. Baker has been so patient with me and my anxiety and taken things one step at a time so that I can get the care I need. He never feels rushed and makes sure I’m comfortable and explains everything as he is doing it. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office!

My teeth were falling apart because of health problems, and I have reactions to many ingredients. The wonderful people at Smile Dental worked to identify anything that contained the allergens, so I was able to have dental work done without being sick for days afterwards. The deterioration was happening so quickly that the doctors recommended dramatic action - crowns on all remaining teeth to save them. They came up with a plan that was workable for me. Almost done and I am so thrilled!! I did this to save my teeth, but I also got the benefit of looking so much better! Dr. Fuch is an artist and I am so proud to have benefited from his talents. Thank you!!!!

They have provided me excellent care on multiple teeth! Not only is everyone really nice and kind, but they also do quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything from a simple checkup and cleaning to fillings or anything else! They will also work with you if finances are tricky, so don't be afraid to ask about your options.

Dr. Baker and staff are unbelievable, I’ve never had a dentist literally sit down and go over every aspect of my dental history and what things I wanted done. Yes I sad DENTIST not dental assistant, taking that extra 5 min was a game changer for me and I’ll never use another dental office again. The day after having preemie twin boys that were in the nicu, I got the worst abscess cavity and was in so much pain but smile dental got me right in and got me on antibiotics which saved the tooth and allowed the pain to go away so I could be there for my family. The transparency and quality of there work goes above and beyond any other dental office where they make you a number not a person. I can not recommend this dental office enough!

I've been going to this dentist for several years and I really feel they treat me like family. I only see them once or twice a year and yet everytime I go they remember everything I said in the last appointment. I had a dental emergency over the weekend and they were able to get me in on Monday and handle all that was needed. I am so thankful for their kindness and hospitality.

Dr.Baker, where to start! He is absolutely I mean absolutely the VERY BEST!!! He truly cares for his patients and listen to their concerns! I’ve had a bad experience with the dentist when I was younger and since then I have been terrified of going back and letting them do work on my mouth. I knew I had to be a big girl Face my fears and get the work done that needed to be done. I am so glad I chose Dr.Baker to be my dentist, he treated me with respect, kindness, and much more! And to tell you the truth I never once felt anything, I was so scared I would feel the shots but the way he did it I never felt a thing. He knew I was scared and talked to me throughout the whole thing and let me know he was still there. Dr.Baker if you see this YOU ARE THE VERY VERY BEST and I can’t thank you enough. I have bragged about you to everyone!!!!

The staff at Smile Dental are always super friendly. I don’t feel pressured to do any procedures, which was a problem I had at another dentist office in Springfield. I highly recommend, if you want a calm atmosphere, to choose Smile Dental!
