* Memberships are only for patients without insurance. If you do not make your payments on time, your membership will expire. If re-applying for an expired membership plan, a new activation fee is required. Missed payments and reactivated memberships automatically reset any accrued discount benefit to first year benefit levels. Cash discounts previously mentioned do NOT apply to patients with insurance, other discount plans, or to patients paying with any sort of financing plan, such as Care Credit. Your membership is only valid while you are an active patient of Smile Dental. You must have an account in good standing and a good standing relationship with the doctor. Should the doctor-patient relationship trust be breached, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Smile Dental, the doctors at Smile Dental reserve the right to cancel any membership. Involved patients will be referred to an outside dental practice in such an example. Lastly, memberships may be subject to other conditions not mentioned here. Memberships are non-refundable.

I love the Dental work done here at Smile Dental. Dr. Fuch is fantastic at making teeth look fabulous and keeping you out of pain. My favorite part is the dental hygienist Tasha who makes teeth cleaning enjoyable and does a detailed job. Every time I leave I am always happier about my teeth. I feel blessed by all their kind staff and have been going for years. They are great to me even if I’m not the perfect customer and I appreciate that (fearful of pain, changing appointments etc) If you want quality long lasting work you will find it here. You get what you pay for. Try them for sure!

The staff at Smile Dental are courteous and very professional. Both the dentist do very professional work with minimal discomfort. I have been to a lot of dentist and I can honestly say the shots given here are the best I have ever had, I don't hardly feel them at all. They don't pressure you to do any work that you don't feel that you can have done at that time. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely loved my experience at this dental office! As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed! Dr.Baker was soo awesome as well as his assistant! Very professional and took time to explain the problems with my teeth as well as the best solution! He worked with me and my financial situation and help me come up with a good plan to take care of all my teeth! They have a very great plan with a discount for those who don’t have insurance and it helped me soooo much! 100% recommend this place!
