* Memberships are only for patients without insurance. If you do not make your payments on time, your membership will expire. Benefit can't be carried over past the end date of that terms. Self pay discounts previously mentioned do NOT apply to patients with insurance, other discount plans, or to patients paying with any sort of financing plan, such as Care Credit. Your membership is only valid while you are an active patient of Smile Dental. You must have an account in good standing and a good standing relationship with the doctor. Should the doctor-patient relationship trust be breached, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Smile Dental, the doctors at Smile Dental reserve the right to cancel any membership. Involved patients will be referred to an outside dental practice in such an example. Lastly, memberships may be subject to other conditions not mentioned here. Memberships are non-refundable.

Just went in to have a tooth pulled, and I’m on schedule to get a couple more pulled… Dr. Baker was very professional, yet personable… He was very attentive to my well being during the procedure… and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and friendly… If you’re looking for a new dental clinic, I highly recommend Smile…

Dentist Michael and his assistant's Mary and Sophia were SPECTACULAR with my 2 year old. It was our first time in a dentist office for my child and they went ABOVE & BEYOND. This is the dentist office to go to. Their staff is really friendly, and the Dentists are wonderful. I had to go to a dentist for the first time in a very long time, and had to have a tooth extracted. I had a lot of questions to ask as this was my first experience with this, and they were very helpful and friendly. They booked me an appointment right away, and the work they did was so good that I have zero pain after the extraction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a dentist. Also, it costed me a lot less than I expected! I'm very happy with Smile Dental.

I’ve been going to smile dental for a few years now, and this place is honestly the place to go ! As somebody that’s terrified of dental work, these dentist really go above and beyond. They are top-notch! And actually the ladies that helped the doctor and the ladies at the front desk. Everyone there is just a shining star in my book!
