* Memberships are only for patients without insurance. If you do not make your payments on time, your membership will expire. If re-applying for an expired membership plan, a new activation fee is required. Missed payments and reactivated memberships automatically reset any accrued discount benefit to first year benefit levels. Cash discounts previously mentioned do NOT apply to patients with insurance, other discount plans, or to patients paying with any sort of financing plan, such as Care Credit. Your membership is only valid while you are an active patient of Smile Dental. You must have an account in good standing and a good standing relationship with the doctor. Should the doctor-patient relationship trust be breached, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Smile Dental, the doctors at Smile Dental reserve the right to cancel any membership. Involved patients will be referred to an outside dental practice in such an example. Lastly, memberships may be subject to other conditions not mentioned here. Memberships are non-refundable.

The staff at Smile Dental has been kind, empathetic, and accommodating from the first time I called them. I was having terrible pain and they got me in that day and got me taken care of right away. They are so kind that I was even able to get my boyfriend to go to them regularly now! Thank you for all you do and the compassion you show while taking care of us!

I had a ton of work done in a short amount of time, and Dr Baker made it so comfortable. The whole staff is amazing, kind and accommodating. Watching a movie or listening to music are options I had to help me through the appointment. Great selection of movies too! I have found the best dentist and dental staff!

I had been struggling to find a dentist I liked since I had to move off of my parents insurance until I found smile dental. Smile dental came highly recommended to me by a co-worker. I am extremely fortunate to have found smile dental, and just in time too because my mouth was falling apart! They do very thorough work whether it is x-rays, photos, fillings, or cleanings. Smile dental also takes time to teach you what you’re doing wrong with your teeth, and what you need to do differently. They are very military friendly, and know exactly what forms you may need and can print them out for you. They have a plethora of entertainment to choose from such as movies, docs, and tv shows to watch while you’re getting work done. All the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have extreme anxiety when going to the Dentist and everyone here goes over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I had my first crown experience and Dr. David was amazing with me. He took his time to explain the whole procedure, never got annoyed with my million questions and stopping him to take a breath when needed. Jessica, Dr. David's assistant absolutely was My ROCK during my 2 trip procedure. She was there by my side both times, never leaving me and holding my hand and comforting me. She put on my temporary and my permanent crowns, both times doing amazing work. Tasha, also knows my anxiety and was there helping and she actually gave me my injection the second trip, making me feel sooooooo comfortable. I can't say enough good things, except if you are looking for a place that takes care of you and truly cares.......this is your place!!

I have been to several dental appointments with Smile Dental, and every appointment has been a wonderful experience. They are very kind and considerate of your comfort. My dental work has been performed by Dr. Baker. His work is incredible, and his bedside manner is phenominal. On my first visit he could tell that the tooth he was working on wasn't entirely numb and so he worked with me to ensure that I was not in pain while he performed the dental work. You can see genuine care when working with Smile Dental. Smile Dental works hard to give you an amazing smile, and they also are a Dental office filled with smiles.

I don't take the time to write a bad review unless I have a really bad experience, at which point I consider it a public duty... so that's what this is. Bottom line: based on my expereince, this guy is a bad dentist. I'm not even talking about prices or customer service or any of that. Straight up, my husband and both have pretty good and well taken care of teeth, but the work he did left us both with tooth pain for More than a year after. We each got (our first) crowns, and neither one felt right after. He gave me a few fillings that were extra sensitive and still caused me pain for months and months after. Ive had prob ten filling in my life, but had never experienced that. Also, he dropped his tools - we both experienced this! No he didn't put them in my mouth after that....but still, that did Not put me at ease! I have a friend who had a pretty badly botched procedure from him as well, worse than mine. I don't know what the deal is.....but I must highly un-recommend and wish I had read a review like this before I went. I'm going to a new dentist this month and am hopeful she can fix whatever was done poorly and give me some insight into what happened, based on what she sees.

Dr. Baker and staff are unbelievable, I’ve never had a dentist literally sit down and go over every aspect of my dental history and what things I wanted done. Yes I sad DENTIST not dental assistant, taking that extra 5 min was a game changer for me and I’ll never use another dental office again. The day after having preemie twin boys that were in the nicu, I got the worst abscess cavity and was in so much pain but smile dental got me right in and got me on antibiotics which saved the tooth and allowed the pain to go away so I could be there for my family. The transparency and quality of there work goes above and beyond any other dental office where they make you a number not a person. I can not recommend this dental office enough!
