* Memberships are only for patients without insurance. If you do not make your payments on time, your membership will expire. If re-applying for an expired membership plan, a new activation fee is required. Missed payments and reactivated memberships automatically reset any accrued discount benefit to first year benefit levels. Cash discounts previously mentioned do NOT apply to patients with insurance, other discount plans, or to patients paying with any sort of financing plan, such as Care Credit. Your membership is only valid while you are an active patient of Smile Dental. You must have an account in good standing and a good standing relationship with the doctor. Should the doctor-patient relationship trust be breached, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Smile Dental, the doctors at Smile Dental reserve the right to cancel any membership. Involved patients will be referred to an outside dental practice in such an example. Lastly, memberships may be subject to other conditions not mentioned here. Memberships are non-refundable.

Dr.David and his staff are excellent and very understanding of their patients circumstances. It's refreshing to see and have the experience of thier care in this age of patients just being "a number ". They really do apply true care and concern for their patients needs and situations. 5 stars isn't enough.

During a visit to Springfield I had a chance to go with my daughter for her dental checkup. I was extremely happy with the staff and the thoughtful care that was provided. They took the time to answer every question and the level of care was outstanding. My thanks go out to the Doctor’s and staff at Smile Dental. I highly recommend them if you are looking for exceptional dental care.

Dr. Baker and all of his team have been absolutely amazing to me. I have had my fair share of issues with my mouth throughout the past 1.5 years, and Dr. Baker has consistently showed me patience and so much care while working on me. Very thankful for these people!

When I first came to Smile Dental four years ago, I needed extensive work to several teeth. They’ve been positive and encouraging as I’ve worked through their plan of restoration, in a comfortable environment. They provide sedation dentistry, which I needed when I first came in... But the whole staff being compassionate, wonderful and attentive put me at ease to where I no longer needed the sedation. The results of their work is exceptional and I’m receiving complements on my front teeth (they can’t see the rest, lol). I refer everyone I know to Smile Dental... I just can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Baker does AMAZING work! He was also very patient with my 4 year old daughter and was able to help take care of her dental needs. Office was easy to get into with accepting new patients! 😄 My husband goes to the other Dentist in the office and is very pleased with his work as well! Both are incredible! We can't forget the staff they are super nice. This dental office will be our family go to for all of our dental needs!

I've been coming to Smile since I was about 14; they've done my braces, they've taken care of cavities, injuries, and maintenance for years, and even when I didn't have dental worked with me to keep the best possible care of my teeth. The staff is all very attentive and practices a lot of comfort measures when working on me that really help with my hyper-sensitivity. I will never change practices; Smile is simply the best.
