* Memberships are only for patients without insurance. If you do not make your payments on time, your membership will expire. If re-applying for an expired membership plan, a new activation fee is required. Missed payments and reactivated memberships automatically reset any accrued discount benefit to first year benefit levels. Cash discounts previously mentioned do NOT apply to patients with insurance, other discount plans, or to patients paying with any sort of financing plan, such as Care Credit. Your membership is only valid while you are an active patient of Smile Dental. You must have an account in good standing and a good standing relationship with the doctor. Should the doctor-patient relationship trust be breached, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Smile Dental, the doctors at Smile Dental reserve the right to cancel any membership. Involved patients will be referred to an outside dental practice in such an example. Lastly, memberships may be subject to other conditions not mentioned here. Memberships are non-refundable.

I've been taking my whole family to Dr. Fuchs for years now. Great service, great care, friendly staff, good with kids (mine are 3 and 6); I have nothing but good things to say about Smile Dental. Prices are fair and reasonable. You can watch movies while you get your teeth cleaned!

When I first came to Smile Dental four years ago, I needed extensive work to several teeth. They’ve been positive and encouraging as I’ve worked through their plan of restoration, in a comfortable environment. They provide sedation dentistry, which I needed when I first came in... But the whole staff being compassionate, wonderful and attentive put me at ease to where I no longer needed the sedation. The results of their work is exceptional and I’m receiving complements on my front teeth (they can’t see the rest, lol). I refer everyone I know to Smile Dental... I just can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Baker and staff are unbelievable, I’ve never had a dentist literally sit down and go over every aspect of my dental history and what things I wanted done. Yes I sad DENTIST not dental assistant, taking that extra 5 min was a game changer for me and I’ll never use another dental office again. The day after having preemie twin boys that were in the nicu, I got the worst abscess cavity and was in so much pain but smile dental got me right in and got me on antibiotics which saved the tooth and allowed the pain to go away so I could be there for my family. The transparency and quality of there work goes above and beyond any other dental office where they make you a number not a person. I can not recommend this dental office enough!

First, this review is driven by the stark contrast between the other 10 or so dental offices I've utilized in my 40 yrs prior to Smile. The above average, premium measurement of service is the base line for which all dentists should be measured. Service with a smile (pun somewhat intended) , and legitimate caring demeanor carry from sign in to , laying back in chair services rendered. Dr. David is caring, attentive, and well versed at explaining procedures in layman's terms. Unfortunately I do not remember all the staffs names, so as not to leave anyone out....... I will just say everyone follows Dr. David's lead regarding the afore mentioned attributes. Never God willing, will I patronize another office. Which leads to my point. This office gives evidence to all that, " You will recognize them by their fruit" , Mathew 7:16.. 3/10/21 this review is just as true as the first time I wrote it.

I have been to several dental appointments with Smile Dental, and every appointment has been a wonderful experience. They are very kind and considerate of your comfort. My dental work has been performed by Dr. Baker. His work is incredible, and his bedside manner is phenominal. On my first visit he could tell that the tooth he was working on wasn't entirely numb and so he worked with me to ensure that I was not in pain while he performed the dental work. You can see genuine care when working with Smile Dental. Smile Dental works hard to give you an amazing smile, and they also are a Dental office filled with smiles.

The staff at Smile Dental are always super friendly. I don’t feel pressured to do any procedures, which was a problem I had at another dentist office in Springfield. I highly recommend, if you want a calm atmosphere, to choose Smile Dental!
